Terms of Sales & Use
- Products are covered by a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty period begins as of the date of invoice
- Warranty claims are subject to our Warranty Policy – Copy available on request.
- Insurance against LOSS or DAMAGE of goods in transit is the responsibility of the customer.
- All risk passes to the customer immediately on despatch from Multifile / WSA’s Sydney premises.
- Any and all claims for discrepancies in supply must be lodged in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Multifile / WSA retains title to all goods until such time as payment is received in full.
